Abstract

|
The occurrence of multiple cancers in the same individual is one of the interesting subjects for investigation and research. Multiple primary malignant tumors are not rate these days with the development of the diagnostic methods. Many studies
indicate
that the prognosis of synchronous primary tumors is poor than that of single tumor.
The most frequent association in stomach cancer was followed by colon, uterus, esophagus, breast and others in that order. The incidence of adrenocortical carcinoma was rare and multiple primary malignant tumors with adrenocortical carcinoma was
reported in Korea.
We experienced one cases of synchronous gastric and adrenocortical cancer. This report summerized our experience and review of literature.
